Foundation Purpose

The Institute was founded to develop and distribute knowledge and technologies regarding illumination and electrical installations, and facilitate industrial and scholarly development among members. Furthermore, it devotes to contribute in development of science and technology and industrial development of the nation, and to execute relevant projects.

Foundation

The institute was founded on March 13, 1987 and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2017 since its approval as a non-profit foundation by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on January, 28, 1988.
